The phrase "Learning Curve". Does it refer to the person, or the task / job, or the skill?
If a person has a steep learning curve, i guess that means they learn fast?
If a job has a steep learning curve, it means a person must learn fast, or they will fall behind?
If a skill has a steep learning curve, wouldn't that mean that it's an easy skill? Because if you don't know anything about the person doing it, how can you say it's steep or gradual?

Maybe my learning curve is concave and negative. LOL
A steep learnig curve means that the person learns to do something quickly. You can picture that in your head, right?A gradual learning curve would be that they learn to do something slowly. The curve, if drawn graphically, would be less of a sharp curve, more of a slow gentle arc. I hope I helped.I have only ever heard this applied to a person, not a job or skill, but I would imagine ti's the same deal.
