Is there any way to hide the water damage on a Blackjack2?
On the phone there is the little square that turns pink if there is water damage- is there any way to hide it?
My Blackjack 2 came broken, but since then, I was out in the rain and it got very wet.
The vibrator makes a rattling noise and is louder than even the highest ring volume. I heard it's a common problem, and it doesn't seem like it can be caused by water, but they won't fix it now. My phone was fine after I dried it.
First, if it came broken, why didn't you return it or do a warranty exchange when you first realized it was broken?
That said, there is no way to hide the water damage. The square is the first thing they look at when you take it in. I have a Blackberry Curve and it has the same type of square. When I had to take mine in for exchange, they checked that square before even talking to me to ensure it was still white (it was).
