Black/Blue Cohosh Safe/Unsafe? Success stories appreciated.?
An herbal specialist at my organic market recommended that I try these herb extracts in red raspberry leaf tea only once I reach the 38 week mark. I just don't know if they are safe for the baby my doctor didn't say either way and herbal books I have read often contradict each other is there any clear proven results on using these herbs? Anyone done it?
There is black cohosh in my regular woman's formula vitamins...I don't think we are all taking labor inducing meds every day! Why not just take the regular pregnancy vitamins & lay off the rest of the stuff...the baby will come when it is ready & the less stuff in your system, the less will go into the baby's system, & the less your body will have to filter out, when it is busy enough supporting a new life.
