is this diet okay???
this is what i eat:
breakfast: 1 fat-free yogurt (60 calories)
lunch: 2 slices of free-range, organic turkey (50 cals)
snack: 1 medium-sized pear (don't know how many calories)
dinner: organic baby greens w/ 1 serving of canned tuna and 1 tbsp of italian dressing (150-200 cals)
exercise:
-i ride my stationary bike for 30 minutes-1 hour everyday
-i walk about 30 minutes everyday
-i ice skate once a week
-i lift weights (only 5 lbs lol) every other day (10 reps)
-i usually go for a jog once or twice a week
i am 16 years old, 5'4.5" and 111 lbs (trying to lose 13 lbs!)
you aren't eating enough and it also sounds like you dont need to lose weight.
