Making baby food with frozen peaches?
I have recipes for fresh peaches, but since they are out of season, I had to buy organic frozen peaches that are already peeled and sliced. I'd love a recipe that would keep the most nutrients in.
Also, if you have any suggestions for good books for making baby food or great websites (other than wholesomebabyfood.com...I already use that site) I love to know.
I have been told that babies shouldn't have raw fruits until 8mo so I need a recipe for cooking.
i always just cook and mash up my baby food and fill up ice cube trays and freeze them. then all i have to do is pop them out put them in a baggie with the date and what's in there and i'm ready to go! good luck.
