is it okay to have the same meal plan everyday?
everyday this is what i eat:
breakfast- fat free organic yogurt with berries and sliced almonds
lunch- 1/2 lowcarb flatbread wrap with 1 slice of turkey and some lettuce and some baby carrots
snack- apple with organic pb
then my dinner varies depending on what my mom makes and then i usually have fruit or something later at night at like 8 or 9
is it bad if i eat that everyday? i am working on changing up my breakfast and alternating my snacks every day... so maybe every other day for breakfast ill have an egg white omelet and for a snack ill have veggies and hummus... but is it still okay if i eat pretty much the same everyday? i have been doing it for a while and havent gotten sic of it so im not worried about that. will i get fat? do i have to change it?
It's bad, because you'll soon get fed up with it, and your diet will go kaput! Try to get a proper diet plan made up!
