is 24 ounces of breastmilk enough for a 7 months old?
my son is 7 months old and drinks 24 ounces of breastmilk (that's all i can pump). i give him one jar of vegetables or fruits and a cup of yogurt a day. i don't know if 24 ounces of milk is enough, if i have to i will help with formula, i just don't want him to be dehydrated because he drinks no water or juice. thank you.
i have a nother question: my son got sick when he had yo baby organic yogurt, he threw up a lot and i think that yorgurt was kinda sour even if it wasn't expired.he likes the 99% fat free peach and strawberry yorgut. i can;t find any full fat yogurt but the yo baby. i really want him to ave organic yogurt but he likes that yoplait!!! help please
My goodness!!! He has plenty! And breast milk too! Wow you have a good supply. And by the way, please let me say how well you are doing!! And keep up the good work! Sorry, i am not sure about the yogurt! But please don't feel you will dehydrate him- if he is thirsty, he will ask... and if it's hard to make him drink water- try it warm... thats how i got my son to drink it!!
