Do all crossing lights in Japan make music?
I know that in most populated areas of Kyoto, Japan, the street lights play music (Toryanse).
But What about places like Tokyo? Tokyo is a very populated area... Do most of them play chirping sounds or do they play music too? and if so where?
Is it ONLY in Kyoto or is it in many parts of Japan?

So some areas of Tokyo have this then. What about that famous large crossing that has hundreds of people? Although the music might not help with all the noise at that intersection....
That devices are often installed to the crossing where many people including blind would be helped for safety crossing the wide and busy traffic street.
Not all of Tokyo crossing has been provided with this.
Very busy shopping quarters often happen to accommodate it as well as some Kyoto district do in everywhere in Japan.
